“To improve is to change; to be perfect is to change often”. What Winston Churchill meant is that when you want to get better at something, or when you want to get things done, you have to question yourself all the time in order to know yourself, and to find and adopt the habits that will make you the most powerful.
Balzac used to drink 50 cups of coffee a day. Stravinsky used to do headstands every morning to clear his brain. Charles Dickens famously took three-hour walks every afternoon. Everybody has different needs to find concentration, inspiration and efficiency. Some habits can be very personal, but others are not, and should help anyone to find his or her way. Here are 10 power habits that will help you reach your own goals.
